• Usage data — API requests, the topics queried, timestamps, response status and volume, used for rate limiting, billing and diagnostics.

We do not ask for and do not want sensitive personal data in your API queries. Payment card details are collected and held by our payment gateway provider, not by us.

3. How we use your data

We use the data collected to:

• Provide the API and the dashboard, and authenticate your requests.
• Apply plan limits, measure usage and bill paid accounts.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues, and keep the service stable and secure.
• Analyse interactions in aggregate to improve the quality of returned context.
• Send service messages such as sign-in links and account or billing notices.

We share it only with the service providers that make the product work — hosting, email delivery, analytics and payment processing — and only to the extent they need it to perform that function.
